Melvin Tamba is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TechBuilderz, a Liberian-based technology firm specializing in innovative web applications, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation strategies for African enterprises. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology from Eastern Liaoning University in China, Melvin brings a global perspective to local problems—building scalable tech products that empower businesses, schools, healthcare institutions, and governments.
As CEO, Melvin provides visionary leadership across all facets of the company. He drives the firm’s strategic direction, leads the product innovation roadmap, and nurtures partnerships that fuel growth across borders. His passion for building sustainable digital ecosystems is rooted in hands-on experience—as a developer, data analyst, IT consultant, and startup mentor.
Melvin’s leadership has also extended to roles at Monrovia Super Mall (Chief IT Personnel), Redemption Pharmacy (Head of IT and Data Analytics), and Westland Farmers Inc. (Database Administrator). His technical stack spans Laravel, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and WordPress—making him uniquely capable of guiding the development of impactful software systems from ideation to execution.
He is also a recipient of the Silver Award at the 2022 Liaoning “Internet+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, a testament to his creativity and solution-oriented mindset.
